Our classes always begin with a seated meditation and an opening series that prepares the body for practice.
Our classes include deep stretching and warming up. We pay attention to proper alignment and spend time refining poses.
Our classes are meditative and encourage self-reflection. We try to find a balance between movement and stillness.
We use supportive props, including blocks and belts. This makes the practice safe and accessible to everyone.
We always end with shavasana. Here, Supta Baddha Konasana, a restorative pose, serves as the final relaxation. Beginners are welcome and we can accommodate students with injuries or pregnant bellies!
